The unique design and exclusivity is not the only advantage of our products. We use only highest quality LED light sources creating warm ambiance similar to traditional incandescence lighting. We use best electronic components and most of our lamps have  built-in dimmers and convenient remote controls.

Payments and Shipping:

The price shown on this site does not include shipping charges.

Buyer is responsible for all import duties and local taxes.

All shipments are insured for the full value and shipped with 'direct signature required'.

Shipped item will be retrofitted with the power plug according to the destination country.

In most cases items are shipped within 2-3 business days, subject to installing the power plug used in your country.

We ship by either UPS or Fedex, but may occasionally use other courier companies.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns are accepted if sent back withing 14 days after receiving the order.

The item must be returned in the original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipment charges including shipping insurance for the full item price.

Once an item is received and inspected, refund will be issues within 3 business days  for the full item price excluding shipping cost.

If an item is returned in non-new condition, partial refund will be issued, subject to reconditioning efforts.

 

Warranty and Repair:

The warranty is 5 years, unless stated otherwise on the individual product pages,

The warranty for a remote control is 2 years.

All repairs during warranty period are free of charge.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges  and we ship reconditioned product for free.

The warranty is void if the product exhibits any signs of physical, water or chemical damage.

Due to handmade nature of all products they may have minor imperfections here and there.
